ReplyDeleteYes gokul, knowledge sharing is bigger subject area and these days I'm further reading about knowledge sharing and update more details. However, in brief knowledge sharing is based on two types explicit and tacit where explicit is clearly stated the instruction for some task or to build knowledge and when it comes to tacit knowledge that cant stated clearly and it is more cognitive therefore it is not something you cant employee to force to share therefore we have to learn more on knowledge sharing subject.
